Ease x Graft Pilates

Are you a movement professional who’d like to know more about hypermobility?

Are you seeing more and more clients who are hypermobile?

Do you know the difference between symptomatic and non-symptomatic hypermobility and why this matters?

Join me on Saturday 19th July at 2pm at Graft Pilates

to learn more about hypermobility, connective tissues disorders, the key factors to look out for and how you can use your expertise to help.

My clinical specialism is hypermobility and the focus of my academic research with the Jing Institute.

In my clinical practice I work with lots of people living with hypermobility to help them manage their individual needs. I also have hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS) and so have lived experience in trying to exercise and develop strength in a bendy body! Come and learn more about the spectrum of hypermobility, how to apply this knowledge to your practice and feel more confident working with this community.
